Do I need a subscription to use the cards?
No. The cards will always work. They can link directly to Google or to your Reputigo Review Landing Page, and customers can keep leaving you reviews.
Can my card link straight to Google?
Yes. Just note that if you choose this option, we can’t later reprogram the card back to a Reputigo Review Landing Page where you can add branding and more things we plan on adding to the page.

What happens to my review card after the free one month subscription ends?
If you decide to use your optional free one month trial of ReputigoPro, your review card will work normally and independently of any subscription. Customers can still easily tap to leave reviews. Google or Facebook.

Know that, we do not store your payment information for review cards, so you won’t be charged after your free one month subscription, unless you continue.  Access to features like automated campaigns and feedback simply end.
Can I toggle on direct feedback and branded microsites after my free month?
Yes, simply subscribe for a paid plan and your premium review features will be available again. Perks of a smart review card!
How does this differentiate from other review cards?
Your NFC review card comes readily programmed. No manual or complicated steps to follow. You do not need to learn how to program your NFC tag. Separately, our review cards are one-time purchases but are smart and dynamic cards connected to Reputigo's software.

If you use Reputigo's review cards and connect them to our landing page, as our product improves and new features release, your card will also have access to those. This ensures you have multiple ways to collect and share reviews to get more customers and make more sales.
How long will my shipment take?
3 - 7 business days in Canada
Up to 10 days in the US

Shipments are typically sent out same-day. Orders after 1 PM EST are processed next day. We use Canada Post and USPS as our couriers.

Tracking is only available for orders of 10+ review cards. However, we can add tracking upon request so long as you pay the fee.

Note: We only ship to the US and Canada.
