Otherwise, a separate ReputigoPro plan is required.
What number is used for SMS review requests?
We use a widely-accepted phone number by our carrier partner, which includes your business name and review links.
Can I customize my review messages?
For text messages, this is not available at this time. We do support custom messaging for emails and use high performing text messages that are data-backed and standardized across the industry to convert your customers to leave a review.
